Welcome to VN Lux Apartments — a spacious one-bedroom apartment in Prijevor, a peaceful hillside neighborhood above Budva. The famous sandy Jaz Beach, with free parking, is just minutes away by car, and the center of Budva with its Old Town is only 3 km away. Tivat Airport is about 15 km — an easy 15-minute drive via the new four-lane boulevard connecting Budva and Tivat. The apartment offers around 70 m² of total space: a 45 m² interior with a stylish, fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and two air conditioning units — plus an impressive 25–30 m² private terrace, one of the largest you'll find in a one-bedroom apartment in Budva. The terrace opens to views of the sea, the Lastva valley, and the hills above — perfect for slow afternoons, morning coffee, or sunset dinners. Prijevor is a quiet hillside neighborhood just above Budva — peaceful and green, yet only minutes away from everything. A couple of minutes by car takes you to Mega Market and Tehnomax for all your shopping needs, as well as to Jaz Beach — one of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic coast. Jaz and Jaz 2 can even be reached on foot via a steep stairway path, though we recommend driving, as it's just a short ride away. The famous Top Hill, Montenegro's biggest open-air nightclub, is practically within walking distance — about 10 minutes on foot. El Ray snack bar is just a few minutes away, and for beach-hopping, the beautiful Trsteno Beach is about a 10-minute drive, with Ploče Beach — known for its natural pools and beach parties — just a couple of minutes further. The center of Budva and the Old Town are only 3 km away, so you get the best of both worlds: the calm of the hills with sea views, and the beaches, restaurants, and nightlife of Budva right at your doorstep.
