**Giardino Mediterraneo Apartments** (completely renovated in 2025) are located in the centre of Buljarica, a 7-minute leisurely walk from the beach. The property features 4 apartments with a total accommodation capacity of 16 guests, along with parking. The rooms are spacious, air-conditioned, and offer complimentary Wi-Fi. To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount is required. Guests staying in the **Lavanda apartment** on the ground floor have access to a summer kitchen and a large seating patio in the garden, alongside the apartment's generous terrace. The studio and all other apartments offer their own furnished private terrace, bathroom, and kitchen. Directly across from the apartments you will find a supermarket, two restaurants, a bakery, a bus stop, and a petrol station. The apartments are located 40 km from Tivat Airport and 45 km from Podgorica Airport. A transfer service is available at an additional cost. Budva and Bar are 20 km away, and Petrovac is just 2 km away.

We particularly highlight and recommend visiting **Cetinje**, **Lovćen**, the **King Nikola Palace in Bar**, **Virpazar** on the picturesque Lake Skadar, the **Old Town of Kotor** — the pearl of the Bay of Kotor, the *"bride of the Adriatic"* — but our absolute favourite is the medieval **Gradište Monastery**, built in the 11th century during the Vojislavljević dynasty, located just above the property itself, offering magnificent views in every direction. **Buljarica** boasts one of the largest beaches in Montenegro, stretching 2,250 metres. Sun loungers, umbrellas, pedal boats, and canoes are available for hire on the beach. Seafood lovers can indulge in freshly caught fish at any of three nearby restaurants. For hiking enthusiasts, there is a trail of just under five kilometres that leads along the beaches of Lučica and Petrovac all the way to **Perazića Do** — a beach nestled at the foot of **Reževići Monastery**, built in the 13th century. By private car or local boat, guests can also reach **Drobni Pijesak**, **Sveti Stefan**, **Kraljičina Plaža** (Queen's Beach), **Rijeka Reževića**, **Kamenovo**, **Crvena Glavica**, **Budva**, and more.
