40% DISCOUNT (ALREADY IN THE PRICE) BECAUSE THE BUILDING IS BEING RENOVATED. THE BUILDING NEXT DOOT IS IN CONSTRUCTION TOO. IT CAN BE NOISY. THE RENOVATION FINISH ON NOVEMBER, 30TH. Ideally located in Grand Case, the gastronomic capital of Sint Maarten. You are close to local shops, water activities and nightlife. The residence is located on the best part of the beach (no rocks). The sea view is breathtaking. You can use sun umbrellas and deckchairs of the building. The basement provides direct access to the beach. You have a parking space too. The apartment was redone in August 2017 and has been fully renovated in 2018 after hurricane Irma. Both bedrooms have mosquito nets at the windows. The apartment is fully equipped. Oven, microwave oven, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer, Oled TV (almost 400 HD multi-language movies), wifi.
