Located on the ground floor, on the street side of the residence, the suite features two separate bedrooms, a contemporary bathroom with a walk-in shower, and an elegant lounge area. Each king-size bed can be converted into two single beds upon request and comes with 4 pillows, USB outlets, and extra duvets for added comfort. The Caribbean-inspired decor combines natural materials and modern touches to create a peaceful, soothing atmosphere. You’ll also enjoy a refreshment corner with a fridge, kettle, capsule coffee machine, cups and glasses. From the Mogador residence, you have direct access to the beach — just cross the shared terrace and feel the sand under your feet. Enjoy sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and optional paddle or kayak delivery straight to your door. Everything is within easy walking distance: renowned restaurants, lively bars, mini markets, pharmacy, water sports… Here, there’s no need for a car to enjoy your best holiday. A rare level of comfort on Airbnb, in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods of Saint Martin. IMPORTANT : There is no on-site parking. You can park across the street or at a nearby lot ⚠️ Please note: the suite is street-facing, which means urban noise may be heard, especially during the day and early evening.
