This is not a child rate for the room but the transfer fees to the property arranged separately and Guests needs to be aare of the cost before booking. 2. The airport transfer is mandatory and more than one transfer as first it is by van and then by boat to reach the hotel. Thsu we cannot add it and hence requestting to have it in the Fine Prints so that guests are well of the transfer method before they make a booking. Please note that the rates exclude Occupancy Tax of EUR 2.50 per room per night.
Please note that a compulsory boat transfer fee is applicable and not included in the rate.
Please contact the property in advance, prior to arrival for these charges. - For all arrivals at Manga Soa Lodge after 16h00 (Latest landing in Nosy Be is 14h45 for domestic flights and international flights) and all departures from the Constance Tsarabanjina to Manga Soa Lodge after 16h00, a transfer by boat to Manga Soa Lodge/Constance Tsarabanjina is NOT possible for security reason and by Malagasy law.
Therefore, clients will have to stay one night (at their own charge) either in Antananarivo or on Nosy Be on their arrival day or leave Constance Tsarabanjina before 16h00 (depending on the boat transfer time scheduled by the hotel) on their departure day.
We don't have fixed time for the transfers as our boat transfers depend on flight schedules and sea conditions.
Therefore, last minute delays/changes may occur. Please note that our boat transfers are organized ONLY from Manga Soa Lodge and ONLY from Nosy Be to the hotel and vise versa.
Our first transfer from the Hotel to Nosy Be is at 05h30 a.m. For security reasons (bad weather, rough sea, etc.), we request that clients whose flight leaves Nosy Be at 08h30 or earlier for other destinations, stay the last night in a hotel in Nosy Be, in order not to miss their flight the next morning.
After a booking is made, the property will contact you with a secured payment link to complete the payment.
