Property info

Higher ground floor, 3 stairs only, wheelchair accessible by ramp at side entrance. Naturally pleasant temperature during summer, no need of artificial air conditioning. 4 side yard with garden, flowers and grass.

Neighborhood info

Very quiet neighborhood, peaceful settlement, not much traffic on the street, still quite close to the town center, 10-15 minutes walking. Bus and railway station - 7 minutes walking.
