The building is less than 500m walking distance from the strict city center and the city park. A unique view of the old city clock and the old part of the city. Near the ARIA Residence & Ѕра, there is the representative restaurant AURUM, where we can reserve your breakfast, lunch or dinner. (dinner on weekends is accompanied by good entertainment). There are also several supermarkets nearby: STOKOMAK, Zito-Market, Kipper, etc.
