The brand new duplex property is a 71 m2 fully equipped flat in a very calm neighbourhood which is only 3 km away from the city center. 3 rooms (2 bedrooms, 1 living room), kitchen, 2 bathrooms (shower), corridor, balcony, stairs. ***Please note that we will ask you to deliver your passports in order to be able to register you as foreigners staying in Skopje even if it is a one night stay (it is our obligation to do so).*** ***Please be conscious that in case of any damage in the apartment caused by the guest, the guest is obligated to pay the costs of repair. ***
In my professional and private life, customer service is my number one priority. I will do my best to make your stay pleasent as can be.
Coffee shops, hair salon, police station, supermarkets, banks, gym, church as well as a huge green park in less then 1 min walk. New huge shopping center East Gate within 800m walking distance.
