We are always happy to provide recommendations and help our guests discover the best of Štip and the surrounding area.
We are a family-run accommodation business with several apartments, and we truly enjoy welcoming guests from different parts of the world. The apartments are personally managed by Matej Ivanovski, who is always available to assist our guests and make sure their stay is as comfortable and pleasant as possible. For us, hosting is more than simply providing accommodation — we want our guests to feel welcome, respected and cared for from the moment they arrive. We enjoy meeting new people, sharing recommendations about our city and helping guests have a memorable stay. We are always available if you need anything before, during or after your visit.
The apartment is located in Senjak, a peaceful, safe and family-friendly neighbourhood in Štip. The area is modern and continuously developing, with many new and contemporary buildings around. Everything you may need during your stay is close by, including shops, cafés, restaurants and other everyday amenities. The neighbourhood offers a pleasant and quiet atmosphere while still being conveniently located, making it a great choice for both families and guests visiting Štip for business or leisure.
