Our house is situated in a small village on the slopes of mountain Stogovo (800m) with a breathtaking view of Debar Lake & river Radika. Traditional Macedonian breakfast is served in the mornings. Melnicani is a great place for you if you want to explore the most beautiful (Western) part of Macedonia, while hiking, bicycling, fishing, swimming, kayaking, doing all sorts of SPA activities within the 2 nearby SPA resorts: CAPA & Kosovrasti, or simply to take a deep fresh breath & enjoy the view.
Our family come from the beautiful city Skopje, but we spend warm Macedonian summer days in our dreamy weekend house on the Debar lake, where we warmly welcome guests. We warmly welcome guests from different cultures and nations.
Our house is a blend of authentic (traditional) and modern type of living. Guest's apartment has 2 rooms with 5 beds in total, a terrace with a lake view, TV, fireplace, own toilet & shower. Besides own apartment, guests can also use the huge yard 100 m2 for all types of activities. There is a huge coal BBQ in the yard at your disposal. Guest can enjoy the sun tanning and swimming in Debar Lake, which is very healthy due to the thermal springs which inflow in it. There are 2 thermal SPA resorts close by: CAPA and Kosovrasti. It is also close to St. George Monastry and St. John the Baptist. The city Debar is just 4 km away.
