Welcome to our spacious 80 square meter apartment, perfect for families or small groups. This cozy home features two comfortable bedrooms, a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. Located in a serene and safe neighborhood, you'll find everything you need within walking distance, including markets and pharmacies. The city center is just a 5-7 minute stroll away, making it easy to explore local attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Our apartment is situated right opposite a high school, with a south-west orientation that ensures plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day. The local sports hall is only a 2-minute walk away, and the main boulevard is also nearby. Additionally, you'll be just minutes away from the most famous restaurants in the town, "Pomodoro," and "Caruso" where you can enjoy delicious meals at affordable prices.
