Arrivals and Departures
Check-in: between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM
After these hours, the booking will be considered a no-show.
Check-out: no later than 11:00 AM
Any hour started after 11:00 AM will be charged €50, deducted from the security deposit.
Occupancy and Use
Guests are not allowed inside the property.
Parties and other events are strictly prohibited.
Facilities (BBQ, terrace, swimming pool) are reserved for the exclusive use of registered guests.
Noise is not permitted between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Washing car mats in the washing machine is strictly prohibited.
Electricity and Air Conditioning
During any absence from the property, even for a short time, air conditioning and all electrical appliances must be turned off, except for the refrigerator.
Before Departure
Before check-out, guests are required to:

Remove bed sheets and place them on the floor along with the used towels.
Failure to comply with any of the above rules or house regulations will result in:
Immediate termination of the stay
Immediate departure of the guests
No refund will be granted under any circumstances
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of € 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
