Recently built in 2017, this charming 40 m² studio invites you to enjoy an unforgettable vacation in Martinique. Inside, you'll find a beautiful, cozy bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a spacious terrace offering breathtaking sea views. The terrace is also equipped with a kitchenette, a welcoming living room, and a dining table, perfect for enjoying your meals while admiring the scenery. At the entrance to the apartment, a 12 m² deck overlooks the villa's magnificent tropical garden. The studio comfortably accommodates two people and offers access to a pool area, a true little corner of paradise for cooling off. For adventure seekers, we can organize motorboat excursions along the island's Caribbean coast. Villa Fleurs des Iles is located in Le Vauclin, a small, authentic and active fishing village, ideally located for kitesurfing, exploring Martinique, and quickly accessing the most beautiful beaches in the south. With breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the coral reef, Villa Fleurs des Iles is nestled in the heart of a magnificent tropical garden, a true oasis of peace that guarantees tranquility and privacy. Our villa also offers another studio (the Bwa Banbou studio) and a one-bedroom apartment (called Papay), all independent and not overlooked, in a quiet and peaceful development. In the garden, a 60 m² relaxation area, including a small swimming pool (3m x 3m) with deckchairs, is available to our guests for moments of pure bliss and relaxation.

I live on the first floor of the villa and I personally welcome welcome all the visitors visiting my villa. I respect the privacy and discretion of my guests but I am always available for any needs or information about this beautiful island.

Villa Fleurs des Iles is located in Le Vauclin, a warm and authentic fishing village that has managed to preserve its local, unspoiled atmosphere. Nestled in a peaceful, elevated neighborhood just 500 meters from the village, it offers a setting perfect for relaxation, tranquility, and privacy, surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden. Just a few minutes away, the village of Vauclin offers all the daily conveniences. The Saturday morning fruit and vegetable market and the fish market allow you to discover fresh, local produce in a typical Caribbean atmosphere. Less than 2 km from the villa lies the magnificent Pointe Faula beach, famous for its white sands and crystal-clear waters—shallow and breathtakingly transparent when the sky is blue. This spot is a true paradise for water sports enthusiasts, with a variety of activities such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, and kayaking, thanks to the UCPA base and the Nautical Club. The villa enjoys a strategic location for easily exploring the entire southern part of the island and the Atlantic coast: the beautiful beaches of Cap Macré, Cap Chevalier, Anse Michel, Pointe Marin, and Salines; boat trips to the islets of François and Robert, Habitation Clement, the villages of Sainte-Anne, Marion, and Sainte-Luce, and the island’s main attractions are all within easy reach of the property.
