Sunny Modern Apartment/Penthouse are newly built, fully air conditioned and finished to high standards. They are situated in a block of three apartment; the apartment is the 2nd level and the penthouse is on the 3rd level. Both are accessed by a elevator and/or stairs. Both of the two apartments have an open plan with a kitchen/living/dining area. Living rooms are completed with a comfortable sofa and a 58 inch flat screen TV with cabled channels. Kitchens are equipped with all appliances and stocked up with cookware, plates, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The dinning table sits a total six persons. In total, there are three bedrooms: main bedroom (double bed with ensuite shower), spare bedroom with two single beds and an other bedroom with one single bed. Apart of the ensuite bathroom, guests also have a family bathroom with a shower and necessary tolietres. In the Sunny Modern Apartment, a single sofa bed for the sixth guest, is available in the common space (Sunny Modern Apartment). The Penthouse has a spacious Terrance with BBQ facility and outdoor furniture, while the apartment has two balconies.

We, Josette and Mario will be hosting Sunny Modern Apartment and Sunny Modern Penthouse. We will be available to help our guests with any specific requirements to plan their visit in Malta. We also provide a taxi service with an additional charge. Other servies include car rentals, information about any places of interest to visit and boat trips to visit the beautiful island of Comino.

The propery is situaited in the village of Mellieha. It has a lovely character and picturesque scenes that provide you with a view of life in Malta as well as offering you all amenities for a comfortable holiday. This small village stands on the north-west part of Malta. Overlooking the sandy beach of Ghadira Bay just down hill from the village centre. Paradise Bay, Golden Bay, Armier Bay are the other beaches which attract so many visitors for swimming and water sports. Cirkewwa port is the ultimate destination for those who wish to visit the island of Gozo with the ferry boats which are continuous crossings through out the week The property is located very close to all amaties including restaurants, shops, bus stops, supermarkets/grocers and close to Mellieha Village. Some places of interest one could pay a visit are The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Mellieħa, shelters, parish church, Red Tower,Tunnara Museum, Mellieħa Air Raid Shelter and Għadira Nature Reserve
