Located in a very quite residential area. majority of tenants are locals who own their own house. There is a common area with a fully fledged kitchen which can be used for self catering. A back yard is also accessible for guests so to enjoy and relax. A washing machine is also available to be used by guests. TV channels include Sports, News in various languages, films channels.
We are a local family who have lived in this house for over 35 years. we had two children and we originate from Sliema and St Julian's, two towns very near to our house.
Majority of households are local families. very quite with all amenities available within walking distance. Bus stop is just 100 meters from the house and buses run every 10 minutes. Beach is within walking distance, 15 minutes walking time. Valletta, our capital city is just 4 KM away and can be reached by direct bus service, 35 minutes. Sliema, shopping area is also reachable by bus, 20 minutes. St Julians and Paceville (night life areas) are within walking distance, just 15 minutes.
