The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Brand New Loft, With an open plan of 11m length and 6m wide, 2 stories, 2 balconies one facing the sea, and the other 5m by 5m inside on the second floor. Having an internal yard, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. This place is right in the heart of this Unique village Kalkara. Opposite to Vittoriosa (5 min walk) and to Valletta Ferry. So in 15 mins you can easily be in our capital city Valletta.
The neighbour hood is a very friendly one, and you will find yourself very helpful if needed. Just to be responsible and we also take care of the environment, we offer 30 free units of electricity daily, which is quite more than enough to comfort this apartment. Extra units will be charged @ 0.20c each.
