Located in the heart of St Paul's Bay, less than 1 km from Qawra Point Beach this modern newly built ground floor maisonette is ideal for holiday makers looking to be situated near the beach and yet close to what one may look for while on a relaxing holiday. The property consists of a fully equipped kitchen with combined dining area complete with oven, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine. It comprises two bedrooms, one with ensuite, and a separate bathroom. Each bedroom is separately air conditioned and a baby crib is available too. Complementing the airconditioned living area, one finds a comfortable sofa which can be further converted into a seperate bed, a TV with local and foreign reception while Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
The property is located in a neighbourhood which is popular with tourists and locals alike. The area has a lovely promenade ideal for a nice walk. At walking distance, one can find various pubs, restaurants and bars. Beach clubs or public beaches are also within a 5minute walk. Public transport is just 2 minutes on foot away.
