Built in 1981, this property boasts of some unique features like archways and roman columns, higher than standard ceilings and terrazzo tiling, wide travertine staircase and furniture finishings in real mahogany. Such properties have become a big hit on the local market especially among foreigners seeking to retire in Malta. It also has a surrounding front garden with mature citrus trees and herbs.

Graduated in Hospitality Management and Hotel Administration and currently in Law Enforcement. Has always been attracted to the catering industry where hosting comes as second nature. I love being around people, making new acquaintances and learning about different cultures. My normal night out is mainly made up of many different people from all over the world. Something I really enjoy doing is sharing my knowledge about my country's WW2 history (Malta was the most bombarded country during WW2). One of my biggest soft spots is cuisine. Im a big foodie! Im also big into Techno music events and believe in connecting people through music. My whole life revolves around it!

Being a residential area made up of mostly villas and maisonettes, the area is quiet especially at night time. Still being at the center of the island and close to the capital city Valletta, University of Malta and the shopping areas of Sliema and St. Julians. Served by all North Bound bus routes, one can travel around from the property's location to any part of the island with the least of problems. Just 50 meters away from the property is one of Malta's largest supermarket and a bit further up Lidl. If clients are going to be travelling around with a rented car, street parking shouldn't be a problem.
