We are a well travelled couple who wanted to offer a property that has all the elements we appreciate when travelling; good design, comfort and a little bit of luxury. Casa Maria was built by my grandfather in the 1950s and has recently been renovated to provide all these elements. Decorated in a mid-century modern style, featuring many original elements such as internal columns and traditional Maltese pattern tiles, Casa Maria has been updated for modern living.
The ground floor maisonette, with its own entrance, enjoys a spacious layout with large living room, well equipped kitchen/diner, bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, utility room and a patio courtyard.
Just outside the core of historic village Zabbar, Casa Maria is well located a short distance from the 3 Cities and Marsaskala Bay, where you can enjoy a wide choice of restaurants, cafes and bars. Locally within 2 minutes walk there are a plenty of shops and takeaways for all your daily food and drink needs.
