Brand new 1-bedroom apartment located in the 1st floor. The most central position you can get in St Julians. Property does not have an elevator. 24/7 grocery store right next door Strategic location, close to beaches, cafes & restaurants, St Julians shopping centres and easy access. Right opposite the bus stop. Finished to high standards, clean and fully air-conditioned, this modern unit consists of a small living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom and a bathroom.

Neighborhood info

The most central area in St Julians, where all the nightlife is at! Getting around the neighbourhood can be done by walk as the apartment is close to all St Julians hot spots! Bus stop is exactly opposite the apartment, making it ideal to quickly commute to different tourist hot spots easily.
