This 2nd floor apartment is designed ground up using fengshui style. It is fully air-conditioned, and if you prefer natural air there is ample breeze. It is centrally located within 5 minutes walk to Balluta Bay and has a little supermarket just a minute away. The space's Interior is uniquely designed of interior with a very large open kitchen and living room with double bedrooms on either end. The living room walls are covered with stunning art deco which will surely add to setting the mood for a fun day ahead. You may also want to enjoy an evening playing games inside the home! I am also a spice enthusiast and will leave my favourite collection of spices.
The area is a side street of a main road. Since this street houses a convent with Nuns and a School, this street is relatively quite. There is also a few supermarkets a few minutes away from the property.
