Personal attention, immediate response, excellent customer service and reviews. We, a family of 3 are very easy-going people, live right above the apartments, and unless you need our attention, assistance or advise, you will probably never see us.

Sweet complex of just 2 apartments enjoying swimming pool, jacuzzi grotto with cascading water, garden areas, barbeque, gazebos, fish and turtle ponds, and several garden and seating arrangements. The pool was also recently installed with a retractable cover over the pool and most of the deck area, with all-glass doors enclosure, converting this into a beautiful oasis, a unique experience, with heated (28°C) pool and environ for our off-season guests, ensuring all year round enjoyment, no matter the weather. The only time that the weather in Malta is guaranteed not to rain is July because we have had the sporadic rains also in June and August, and then the water starts getting cold in September, and so the pool has been equipped with both a dedicated water heating system and now also with a heat pump, guaranteeing that this is comfortable to use all year round, practically transforming the whole area into an oasis within itself, something that we can guarantee is not offered elsewhere on the island. We continue to upgrade the pool area almost yearly so that this improves with each year that passes. We are told by our guests that this is perhaps the best pool area they have ever been to, and we thank them for their kindness, but one review by a young guest who was staying with her large family, described as 'a fairytale setting', and this is what we continue to aim for in our vision for a place perhaps like no other. We are presently close to concluding the construction of a small amphitheatre where our guests will be able to sit around a live fire pit for their evening entertainment, further rendering this place unique and unequalled.

Probably the most sought after address on the island, with beautiful villas dotting this little place. Madliena is a quiet, out-of-the way place from the noise and crowded scene of city life, thus guaranteeing fresh air all year round, but still close enough (2kms down from where we are) to the entertainment centre of Paceville with its multitudinous night clubs and bars, to the scenic St. Julians Bay with its many lovely restaurants and promenade. The bus stop is located just round the corner from the apartment, at 250m (bus No. 16) for buses going to St. Julians, Sliema and Valletta. The closest supermarket (Greens is located down the road at 600m away), bank, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, fishmonger, post office, bakeries, etc. are all located next to the Swieqi bus terminus, about 700m away. Our favourite restaurants in Madliena are Greenhouse (located inside Greens Supermarket), Vago (700m away) and Madliena Cottage (1 km away). The supermarkets and most of the restaurants in St. Julians offer a free delivery service to our apartments.
