Encanto is a traditional Maltese townhouse in Sliema's urban conservation area. We are now in the very final stages of a hard-worked, meticulous and respectful restoration, that combines valuable features, such as high ceilings and stone stairway with wrought iron handrail, to modern comforts. When reserving your room, kindly check the rooms' amenities carefully and look at the selected room's photos. All rooms have a double bed. Please note the double bed of two of the rooms (the room with brown walls and the room with flowery black and white wallpaper) have a loft bed, accessible through 3-4 comfortable, sturdy and safe steps; the under loft can be used as living space, or to place a third bed, when requested. Check-ins: Check-ins start at 3pm. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. We will personally check you in. When you check-in you will be asked to pay the eco tax in Euro cash. This is fifty cents per adult per night. Late check-in fees are applicable: Twenty euro after 5pm, fifty euro after 10pm. Late check-in fee and eco-tax need to be paid in Euro cash when checking-in (no card payment available). Housekeeping: As a homestay, we go beyond the standard provision of housekeeping. We replace towels left on the floor daily. We provide basic cleaning of the room every 48 hours Mondays to Fridays, and every 72 hours on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. For guests booked with breakfast only: The breakfast is in room and continental, comprising espresso coffee pods to use with the in room machine, teas, water, milk, breads, pastries, jam / marmalade, honey, sugar, delicatessen / yoghurts (no cooked items).
