A well located home with a modern finish, set in a quiet area yet 5 min walking distance from Marina Harbour. Vittoriosa Marina and Waterfront is 5 min walking distance along the sea side, enjoying a mesmerising view of the harbour. This area offers a range of bars & restaurants. The maisonette is 10 minutes ferry/drive to Valletta (the capital city). A larger than usual modern bedroom which sleeps 4 persons. If you're travelling as a couple or as a family the bedroom is ideal. A double bed, and a bunk bed can be found in this room. The room also has a back terrace. The bathroom is also larger than usual in size. A fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area can be found at the front part of the maisonette. The sofa can also be converted into a bed, with the possibility of another 2 persons sleeping. Health and Safety are our priority, we are taking it all an extra mile. This property located in Kalkara, is a stones throw away from Kalkara creek. The 3 cities Marina is just a brisk 10 minute walk. Kalkara beach is also a few minutes away. One can cross to Valletta, Malta's capital city by ferry from Vittoriosa ferries.
