Shambala is a 900-year-old home, beautifully restored yet still brimming with traditional features – some so rare it’s a stop on several walking tours of Gozo. You’ll find Shambala peacefully situated along a network of beautiful cobbled walkways, themselves a fascinating slice of Gozitan history.

This is the perfect base for a stay on the magical island of Gozo. Not only are you just around the corner from the famous St George’s Pjazza and Independence Square, both with a great selection of bars, restaurants, galleries and shops; but you are also a short walk away from the central bus station where you can easily connect to other attractions on the island. Amenities and attractions nearby: Several corner-shops and groceries St George’s Pjazza (Square) Independence Square Teatru Astra (opera house) Citadel Central bus terminus Supermarkets: Greens and Arkadia Top five suggested activities: 1.
