This apartment is set in a traditional Maltese townhouse with just 2 floors, in one of the oldest and quietest streets in Kalkara. It has amazing open views of the Kalkara marina and Vittoriosa. Is- Sienja is just 250 meters away from the main square, where the main activity in Kalakara is. It has a fully equipped kitchen enjoying views. One bathroom, a living area, one bedroom and two terraces. Air conditioning - pay as you use with coin machine.
We welcome you to our home and it is a pleasure to share with you our accommodation. We have a lot of memories in this house, especially the ones spent on the terrace, drinking some wine whilst enjoying the view and/or sunset. The house was the home of our grandparents for over 50 years. Luckily it was passed down to us where we spent the first 10 years of our marriage. We have refurbished it so that you can spend and enjoy your holiday whilst enjoying the tranquillity of Kalkara and our home.
Being one of the oldest streets, is also a very quiet street. There are ample free parking spaces in front of the property. The bus stop is only 100 meters away from the accommodation. Restaurants are only a few minutes walk away. Rinella bay is 500m away from the property, which is highly visited by the residents, it being both sandy and rocky beach. With just an 8-minute walk one can also visit the Esplora Interactive Science Centre in Villa Bighi. There are a lot of other facilities which are only a few meters away such as a butcher, mini market, confectionery, stationery and pharmacy.
