Exceptional location in this pretty fishing village, commanding phenomenal views of the sea and Xlendi cliffs. Finished to high standards with all amentities, this unique south facing apartment consists of a large combined living/kitchen area, main bathroom, three bedrooms (one with en-suite shower) and a large terrace with decking overlooking the sea, ideal to relax and enjoy the unique sunset. It is a minute away from the beach, convenience store, restaurants bus stop and cafes.

Dear Guests, Since I've started this venture I have been welcoming guests from all over the world. This has given me a lot of pleasure as I had the opportunity to provide guests with accommodation that gives them comfort and help them making their holiday a one to remember. Ix-Xlendi Bay is a popular swimming, snorkeling and diving spot. There is a small sandy beach leading into shallow waters perfect for young and old, while for the more adventurous it is delightful to swim and snorkel in deeper water off the long stretch of rocks bordering the beach. Because of its reef formations, ix-Xlendi is an ideal diving site, even for beginners. This is also a typical Gozitan fishing village and well-served with good restaurants, bars and hotels. This location also offers great walks along the coast in various directions on rough terrain including an interesting walk towards the watch tower located at the mouth of the inlet. Ix-Xlendi lies on Gozo’s southwest coast and is easily reached by car either through il-Fontana or il-Munxar.
