Authentic Boutique Gozotian Farmhouse, centrally located in a peaceful environment. Walking distance to Victoria’s restaurants, bars and all amenities. Each bedroom has is own private balcony viewing the pool and outside area. With Egyptian cotton sheets and towels. Full use of kitchen dining and lounge area with 65in screen. Also enjoy a swim after your day adventure around Gozo or spend the afternoon lazing around the pool.

I am a friendly easy going Australian guy and have been living on the islands of Malta and Gozo since 2010. I’m a personal trainer, yoga instructor, including reiki and crystal healing in my interests. Also dj electronic music and love traveling ❤️ I also have 2 sister small dogs that live on the property. They don’t go into the bedroom areas, and are friendly, quiet and love to meet new guests. They are also from australia, Penelope & Wednesday ❤️

Kercem is a small village neighbouring Victoria. So you can stroll around locally or an easy walk to Victoria, the main village and all its restaurants, everything else it has to offer.
