Located right on the water's edge, along the promenade of this picturesque bay, it even offers access to the Mediterranean sea directedly from the main building. Furthermore, this brand new design open plan apartment is finished with double glazed apertures, air conditioned, main bedroom with ensuit, main bathroom, kitchen, living, dining zones leading onto a private spacious balcony overlooking the Historical Spinola Bay.

Spinola Bay in St. Julian’s is one of Malta’s most iconic and enchanting destinations, With its picturesque harbor dotted with traditional luzzu fishing boats, lively promenade, and a backdrop of world-class restaurants and historic architecture, Spinola Bay offers something for everyone. Before you settle in and get comfortable, we would like to make you aware of the House Rules in place at our vacation rental. Understanding and complying with our house rules will make for a comfortable and fun stay for everybody! Please read each of the rules carefully in order to avoid any danger or deductions from your security deposit upon check-out. HOUSE RULES: - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Before checking-out, guests are asked to ensure that the apartment is left in a decent state. All kitchen utensils, crockery, etc are to be cleaned. Failure to do so, extra cleaning fees may be applied. The rate includes 25 Kwh of free electricity per day which is more than enough for normal use of the apartment. Additional electricity consumption is charged at EU0.30c per extra KWS used. ONLY The number of guests on the booking are allowed to stay at the property. Please note that guests are expected to comply with the house rules throughout their stay. Failure to follow the house rules may result in being asked to leave the property, and no refund will be provided in such cases. A deposit Euro two hundred in cash is required upon arrival. This will be fully refunded on the day of departure after a satisfactory inspection of the accommodation.
