Boasting a new super design this luxurious apartment comprises of a combined living dining and kitchen, one bedroom with en-suite shower a terrace and the use of a communal pool. Within three minutes one can walk to the bus stop and the sea while it takes less than ten minutes to walk to beautiful Xlendi Bay with its bars and restaurants.
