We found Magdalena in 2024 and spent 2025 restoring her — keeping everything that could be saved: the tile floors, the limestone walls, the original timber beams, the old shutters. We wanted guests to feel that the house had always looked this way.
We are pasionate about history! Christine speaks English, Maltese, Italian and French, Dick speaks English and Dutch. We prefer communication in English to keep things clear for all parties. We manage everything ourselves. No agency, no middleman. When you write to us, Dick or Christine replies.
We know the neighbourhood well and are happy to suggest where to eat, what to see, and what to avoid.
