The apartments are in a block of 5 apartments on the 4th and 5th floor (served with lift). Although located in a quiet residential area, it is only a few minutes away by walk from the promenade of Marsascala where you will find a good selection of bars and restaurants, a park for the kids, Gelateria, pharmacy, bank, stationary and convenient food store etc..
