Situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac, Melita is newly built property completed to immaculate standard, offering a warm welcome to its guests from the moment you step in. The sitting room boasts a comfortable sofa bed, TV, and stove, making it cosy at winter time. For the summer, the large patio with BBQ area and a swimming pool provides a relaxing location. Downstairs the area consists of an open plan sitting room leading to the dining room and kitchen, this being fully equipped. This area is overlooking the pool deck. The 3 bedrooms upstairs offer a quiet night's sleep, with bathroom facilities on the same floor. A wooden spiral staircase leads to the rooftop, with country views and distant sea views.
A spacious two-storey house on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Xaghra, with abounding scenery, a few minutes from Ramla Bay. Melita is your ideal base for a cultural holiday being within walking distance to Ggantija temples, the world's oldest free standing stone temple, a UNESCO heritage. A few meters away is a restored 18th century windmill Ta'Kola, Xerri's grotto, and Ninu's cave renowned for the original stalagmite and stalagtite shapes, all within walking distance too.
