This is a big family house having only 3 guest rooms all having stand fans, on the same floor with a sharing bathroom just for the 3 guestrooms and is situated a few min walk from the sea and from Paceville. In the second floor, served by stairs, we have a triple bedroom with balcony, double bedroom ( street window) and a single bedroom (internal shaft window), along with a toilet and shower shared between them 3 on same floor. There is also a small kitchenette having a fridge, sink & kettle. There is also IPTV and common / game area with a balcony. Price is per room and includes breakfast; which includes; 2 types of cereal, tea & coffee, toast, jam & butter, local bread & sliced loaves, cheese, 2 cold cut meats, tomatoes and cucumber / or local cheese, pastries & fresh fruit. All that is included with the nightly stay. Check-in & check-out times are flexible upon request & availability. Minimum of 3 nights with every booking. Please note that only registered / paying guests are allowed in our B&B. Smoking is only allowed outside the premises. The guests are responsible for the house keys, and one set is issued per room. Property address is NOT to be used for any reasons by the guests when they are applying locally for anything. We are not able to provide any cooking facilities to guests.
We are a family of 4 having 2 boys. We occupy the first & second floor & we enjoy meeting new people from all over the world and enjoy sharing various stories & experiences from all over the globe!
The house is located in the quiet area of Pembroke a very safe area, yet a stone's throw away from Paceville; where one can find a vast choice of trendy restaurants, pubs, nightclubs, shopping mall, boutiques, cinema, bowling ally, etc.. The sea is just a few minutes walk and the bus stop is just 3 min down our road. A nice and quiet promenade secures a nice and peaceful walk or jog along the sea at sunset or sunrise. Main amenities can be found around the block with a Pharmacy, mini market, etc...The locals are very sweet and helpful (as most Maltese are!). Please be advised that there is construction works in other properties close-by.
