A newly finished 3 bedroom apartment located in the outskirts of Zabbar where it is easily accessible to nearby towns and sightseeing. The apartment has a large open plan kitchen ,dining and sitting room with a 50inch Tv with international stations and movies. . A main bedroom with ensuite and air-condition. A spare bed room with 2 single beds and another bedroom with a single bed both equipped with A/C. A main bathroom with a bath, toilet and sink. Two balconies , one in the front and one at the rear of the flat. All the A/C's in the bedrooms are operated by a coin meter. Guests are responsible for taking out the correct daily garbage bag according to the day of the week. Hosts shall not be responsible for any fines if guests takes out the wrong garbage not according to the schedule. The fine has to be paid solely by the guest. The common area of the block is equipped with a cctv camera for security reasons. A supermarket is 3min walk and opens 24hours a day 7 days a week

The block consists of 3 apartments and a penthouse. My apartment is on the 3 rd floor which is served with a lift. Around the neighborhood there is a supermarket which opens 7 days a week 24hours a day. This is just 2 minutes walk. Also there is a frozen food supermarket which also opens 7 days a week. Around you will find health shops , Mexican take away, pizzerias, turkish food and confectioneries. Public transport is easily located just round the corner and buses are frequently and on time. Numbers to take are buses No.92 and No.93. please refer to public transport Malta website . Car hire service is also available in manual or automatic. Kindly contact for details. cars include ford fiesta, Kia Picanto , Toyota Aygo and Hyundai i10. Parking is available around the block using the white lined boxes.
