Welcome to our cozy, modern and unique studio apartment! Our property is located 3min by walk to Valletta fountain , 2min walk to the main Valletta bus station , it is surrounded by amenities and is located in a quiet non-main street. Guests can expect a clean and tidy property at their arrival. Toiletries , bed sheets and towels , basic cooking equipment is all provided. Apartment is set on the 1st floor of our authentic Maltese building and guests have roof access and reception/lounge area. The space This studio apartment is located on the 1st floor our traditional Maltese building. Studio Property is equipped with : Hot Water Private Bathroom Private Kitchenette Maltese style balcony Basic utensils Small appliances such as water kettle , microwave etc etc. We provide complimentary coffee sachets and espresso pods , Toiletries , fresh bed sheets and linen , towels. Guests will also enjoy access to our 4th floor Laundry room where they have free acess to 2x washing machines and a tumble dryer. Opposite the laundry room one can find a beautiful furnished sunny terrace.
