Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Check-in time is 3PM but you are welcome to drop off your luggage if you arrive earlies. Check the Guest Portal for more info. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly. Submitting your eco tax online: Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

Digital self-check-in, complimentary Wi-Fi, luxurious beauty products, and an in-room coffee machine are just a few of the perks. Expect more surprises. Each room comes with a generously sized flat-screen Smart TV, a beautiful and very comfortable large double bed fitted with cotton linen, a workstation, and a super stylish bathroom. There is also a mini fridge and a coffee machine in each room. We're happy to provide a complimentary baby cot for holiday makers traveling with a baby under the age of 3 years (upon request). Children older than 3 should sleep on the bed (or the sofa bed provided which is available in specific room types). Additional bedding cannot be added.
