The apartment is situated on the 1st floor, up a short flight of stairs. Please note that there is no lift. The apartment is a spacious 90+sqm. Our aim is that this place will be a comfortable holiday home to return to after your daily excursions. As of 2022, the apartment is air conditioned, for your further convenience. We did not increase the rental price, we kept it exactly the same. Instead we have installed a coin meter only for the air conditioning. Air conditioners may be set on cooling in Summer or heating in Winter.
I am from the Maltese islands. They are small, but have so much to offer. I love exploring the countryside around Xlendi and swimming in our beautiful sea. When I am away from Malta, it is our clear blue sea that I miss the most. We love this flat. It is the place we go to to relax. I love sitting out on the balcony having my breakfast and enjoying the view. I never get tired of seeing the blue sea and the majestic cliffs framing it.
Xlendi is perfect if you want to chill out. The flat is situated in a quiet area, however a short walk away you are on the promenade full of bars and restaurants. The sea is a 5 minute walk away. In winter time you can go walking along the cliffs and enjoy some breathtaking views (I promise you!). If you would like to dive, I can put you in touch with a dive centre that is located very close to the property.
