Brand new Bright and Sunny top floor Penthouse with large terrace offering wonderful town and sea views set just 2 minutes walk from Bugibba Square! Property consists of an open plan kitchen, living and dining area, double bedroom leading onto an en suite shower room with rain shower system, spare bedroom with two single beds, main shower room once again fully equipped with a rain shower system shower head, laundry room and a back balcony offering distant town views.
The Neighbourhood is a quiet one and complex is a residential one. Although located in a nice tranquil area the street is the most sought after in the area as it is only 2min walk to Buigbba Square.
