Having a blend of space, style and comfort is our family run ground floor maisonette San Guliani Heights. Property is a recently refurbished maisonette set on high grounds, a stone thrown away from Spinola bay where one can enjoy the famous promenade and the surrounding areas. This maisonette is located in a very quiet residenial area however less than a minute away from Spinola Bay!

San Guliani Heights forms part of a portfolio of family run properties around the island, offering various, splendid accomodations and holiday homes around the country. I am available all day for guest enquires and questions so as to make your holiday as memorable as possible. We are so looking forward in welcoming you to our seaside property in the near future!

The location our apartment is set in is a high-end sought after residential area, home to hundreds of local and foreign people. Area statistically is quite a quiet area and is mostly surveilled by CCTV cameras installed by the respective local council.
