Why I Chose Hosting I chose to become a host because I believe it offers a wonderful opportunity to meet people from a variety of cultures & languages. This role allows me to welcome guests into my home, learn about their backgrounds, and share experiences, making every stay unique and enriching. Interests and Hobbies I have a wide range of hobbies that keep me engaged and fulfilled. My interests include cooking, reading, and walking. These activities not only bring me joy but also help me create a warm and inviting atmosphere for my guests. My Role as a Host I manage every aspect of my home & hosting duties. This includes uploading business data, accepting bookings, cleaning & interacting with my guests, among other responsibilities. I take great pride in ensuring that everything runs smoothly & that my guests feel welcome & comfortable throughout. Availability I am always available to assist my guests; from the moment guests arrive until the departure. My goal is to provide a supportive and attentive presence. My property operates as a Homestay. Accommodations are sometimes offered on a bed and breakfast basis; guests book individual rooms & not the entire home. Guests are welcome to use permitted common areas throughout their stay. Additionally, there is an extra kitchenette & a laundry room available for guest use. Please note that the washing machine & dryer operate on a pay-per-use system. Kitchenette free to use when you book without breakfast. The rooftop, has deck chairs and umbrellas, is available for guest use at no additional charge. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas specifically on the balconies,1st floor yard & the rooftop & prohibited inside the home and by the entrance of the main door. Tks.

We are at the very center of Malta & close to Ta'Qali, Rabat, Mdina, MFCC, American Embassy, Gianpula, Numero Uno & more interesting places. "Tal-Linja" Bus Stops are 2 minutes away & direct buses are very easy. Upper Barrakka Gardens is 7.7 km from the homestay, Valletta Waterfront is 7.7 km from the property. The nearest airport is Malta International Airport, 8 km from Saracini's Homestay. North of Malta, Cirkewwa is 16 km away. From here you can take the boat to visit Gozo. To Blue Grotto you have to travel 12 km & to the south of Malta you need to travel 13 km. Saracini's Homestay offers for short-lets 3 bedrooms,2 shared bathrooms & 1 spacious bedroom with a private bathroom.. We have a spacious breakfast area & a sitting area featuring TV & Piano. Heating/Ac, deposit boxes, iron board, iron, hair dryers, WIFI, desk, chair, fridge, tea & coffee table, safety deposit boxes,1st aid, emergency lights, bed linen, towels & bathrobes are available in all rooms. Some rooms have a couch. Hot water is always available. A pay-by-use washing machine & a tumble dryer are also available. A pay-by-use kitchenette is also available. With a full-day security system, guests can access the homestay via a private entrance. Guest can keep the key to their room, while the main door key is securely locked in a key box that works only with a passcode. My basic breakfast consists of coffee, teas, water, milk, orange juice, biscuits, cereal, bread, butter, jam and some fruits. This is a self-service breakfast from our dining area. Anyone is free to purchase any products. We always do our best to provide the guests with a good experience. A lot of information, on how to plan your visit will be discussed daily. About My Neighbourhood and Home I chose to settle in this neighbourhood because of its central location within Malta, making it highly convenient for accessing all essential amenities. The area is well-connected, with bus stops to destinations all over Malta situated just two minutes away from the house. Attard is a modern town that offers a peaceful and tranquil environment, set apart from the noise and congestion of daily traffic. This calm atmosphere makes it an ideal place to live for those seeking both convenience and serenity. I selected this house specifically because it is spacious and has retained its traditional character. It is thoughtfully equipped with everything necessary to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay, blending modern comforts with timeless appeal.
