A typical Maltese style “Garigor”(stone spiral staircase - as you can see in the photos, it can be quite narrow) leads up to the second floor where one finds the main double bedroom with an en-suite shower. From the bedroom, on one side you can gaze at the wonderful views from the large open balcony, and from the other side you can access the back terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and an outdoor WC. From the back terrace on the second level there is an outdoor staircase that leads to the amazing roof terrace that composes the third level. The house is right on the beautiful grand harbour, which is why the views are great and unobstructed, but also on rare occasions there may be big cruise liners birthed nearby and you must factor in the noise activity of boats and ships.
