Just opened, brand new, spacious, fully finished apartment with partial sea view. The spacious living area enjoys superb lighting and is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances and kitchenware. There are several beaches close to the apartment. There are also two excellent restaurants nearby that will not leave you hungry. Supermarket, pharmacy, bus stop, post office, all within a 3 - minute walk.

There are several beaches near the apartments. The beach with sand (II- Bajja tax-Xama') is 270 meters away. Another beach is located at a distance of 200 meters.
