As a property manager for MINK Homes, I'm pleased to be part of the hospitality industry in Malta. My job and profession is to manage holiday apartments providing high living standards for our guests. But being quite a traveler myself, it is in my nature to help other travelers to find those unique gems such as a cozy corner restaurant with live jazz music, the perfect family outing or the most amazing sunset place that makes the travel experience complete and memorable. Rather than offering only a holiday accommodation, I wish to offer a genuine travel experience.

Spacious appartment (125m2) with private entrance from the street rents fully furnished and equipped. The layout is in the form of an open living-, dining,- and kitchen, a hallway leading to a main bathroom, a master bedroom with ensuite and access to a shaft with laundry facilities, a guest double bedroom and another guest double bedroom leading to a back court yard measuring 25 m2 equipped with dining table and chairs, a lounge set. Please note that this self catering apartment situated in a residential area. We do not allow parties and it is important that guests are quiet between 10PM and 8 AM and show respect to the neighbors and the neighborhood. To ensure a peaceful stay, a noise detection device has been installed in the apartment. This property is managed by MINK Homes. We are available to help out with any information and assistance (off-site and on-site) related to the property. For after office hours assistance we offer an emergency number. Upon booking we send a booking confirmation with further check-in instructions and refer to our official website on Malta tourist related events and information. We offer a self-check-in procedure. The official check-in time is 4PM. We outsource the cleaning and preparation of the property. For security reasons and upon the cleaning staff' own request, it is not possible to check-in or leave luggage before the cleaning staff is ready. As soon as the cleaning staff is ready they will notify us by which we can send you the code for the keybox to check-in. For this reason we cannot guarantee that you can check-in before 4PM and we will only know if it is possible on the actual day of your check-in. If you would like to leave your luggage we recommend that you book a luggage storage space online. Official check-out is latest 10AM. Our cleaning staff is outsourced and they schedule their appointments to on the check-out day 10AM regardless of whether new guests arrive on the same day or not.
