Exactly in the heart of Swieqi , this property is just 10 min walk away from St Julian's centre, cafeterias, bars, supermarkets, shops. and 5 minutes walk away from bus stops where you can reach Malta’s top attractions easily. Located on the third floor, accessible via lift or stairs. It is a semi detached corner apartment which is 110m2 Outdoor Communal Swimming Pool: This pool is available for all residents or guests free of charge. As an outdoor facility, its availability is subject to weather conditions, pool is not a heated pool Sunbeds and Umbrellas by the Pool: Complimentary sunbeds and umbrellas are provided for your comfort and protection from the sun while enjoying the poolside, there are six sunbeds that are reserved for during your stay. Parking: The price includes access to two parking spaces within the block, offering convenience and shelter for vehicles. There is a large grocery (Daves Convenient Store) that is open for 24 hours and only two corners from Spinola Court! Guests using the parking areas at Spinola Court must display the official guest parking tag on the car dashboard at all times while parked in either parking area. The building administration has placed towing notices throughout the parking areas. Any vehicle parked without the guest tag clearly displayed may be towed by the building administration, and Homely cannot be held responsible for any towing, fines, or related charges. The guest parking tag must be returned before check-out. This is very important, as each tag is issued specifically by the building administrator and includes the administrator’s signature. Failure to return the tag may result in additional charge of 50eur.
