The property is located in the heart of Malta's capital, within walking distance of its most interesting sites of the bus station that connect with the other attractions of the island and the ferry to Gozo and Comino, and the Cruise terminal. The Penthouse is accessible both by stairs and lift located on the 5th and 6th floors which measures around 200sqm. The expansive living area is characterized not only by the terrace, but also by the glass walls that allows the sun to radiate from every corner. A kitchen is located midway, separating the dining from the lounge area. The kitchen comes fully equipped, with fridge, freeze, oven, hob, dishwasher and more. On the lower level one can find the four, relaxing bedrooms all fully equipped with comfortable bedding and 3 of them have a working desk for those who have no option while here on holiday. Three bedrooms have an attached en-suite with shower cubicle, while the 4th bedroom has an adjoining 4th bathroom just across. The master bedrooms overlook the same view and St Ursula Street, which is one of the iconic Street of our City. The bedrooms are bright and airy and all come complete with a small and cute Juliet, open balcony.
