Inside, the space is comfortable and practical, ideal for couples, solo travellers or professionals who want their own place rather than a hotel room. It’s easy to settle in, whether you’re staying a few nights or a bit longer — cook, relax, head out, repeat. Area & Noise This is a prime St. Julian’s location close to Paceville, restaurants and nightlife. As with most central areas, you may hear some street noise, especially in the evenings/weekends. Additionally, occasional nearby construction or building works may take place in the neighbourhood (outside of our control). 🌞 MALTA IN SUMMER Like all properties across Malta during the warmer months, the occasional insect may find its way indoors. This is a normal and common occurrence island-wide and is not a reflection of the property's cleanliness. Please contact us promptly if you notice anything and we will respond straight away. 📌 House Rules (Strict – Please Read) • No parties, events, or loud music • Respect neighbours and the building at all times • Quiet hours apply (especially late evenings and early mornings) • Only registered guests are allowed in the property • Smoking is not permitted inside • Guests must leave the apartment in a reasonable condition similar to check-in • Any additional cleaning, damage, or rule breaches may result in extra charges and/or termination of the stay
