Ta'Ruzar is a beautiful, tranquil and spacious property located in Ix-Xaghra, one of the most beautiful towns on picturesque Gozo, around 25 minutes stroll (or 5 in a car) from Ramla il-Hamra, best sandy beach on the island. The house was built in a traditional Gozotian style and boasts with many features like stone walls, stairs and beamed ceilings. Main square with bars and restaurants is 10 minutes away and many tourist attractions like Ghandija Temples, Ta-kola windmill and Xerri’s grotto are close by. This tastefully renovated farmhouse has lots of original features and is a perfect place to relax by the large pool or in front of the fireplace. There are 3 bedrooms, two of them with en-suite bathrooms, third bedroom with two single beds is located next door to the main bathroom. On the top floor there's a chill out room with a sofa bed and two terraces. Downstairs one finds spacious open plan living/dining area with a fireplace, a toilet and well equipped kitchen complete with professional espresso machine and reverse osmosis filter in the tap, so you may forget about these heavy water bottles and contribution to plastic pollution.
Being long time travelers, we moved to Gozo in 2018 with our little daughter after managing a dive center in the Maldives for several years. We are easygoing, fun loving people. We live 5 minutes away from the house, so rest assured we'll be here for you should you need us.
Ta'Ruzar is located on a quiet road with free parking - Triq Ta'Mannar - just opposite Ramla store and small grocery store Noel is few steps away. Xaghra is a charming little historic town with many historic attractions. It's a place unlike any other. Malta and Gozo have been called a jewel of Mediterranean for centuries and one feels it on every corner.
