(AC's are on a pay per use system) However we also provide in house services such as daily housekeeping, daily chef services and a concierge on site who could coordinate all your activities and transfers. We pride ourselves in providing the best service on the island by ensuring your experience at Martinu Homes is just what one would expect when on holiday.

Ta' Ganna Farmhouse is a brand new 5 bedroom Villa in the village of Sannat. The farmhouse boasts a large outdoor pool with an inbuilt BBQ as well as an indoor pool which is heated during the months of October - April. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom to ensure a luxury stay. Apart from the sizeable Living which is equipped with a fireplace and Smart TV, the property also has an additional reading room which could be converted into another bedroom should the guests require this.
