Ta' Maria B&B is a farmhouse of the 19th century. Set in the open countryside, it is located in Ghasri, the smallest village in Gozo. In 7 minutes, you can walk to the bus stop for links with Victoria. Ta' Maria offers 2 terraces with tables and chairs, and an outdoor swimming pool, open all year. The rooms are furnished with antiques, and offer a private bathroom. Free Wi-Fi is available at reception. A sweet and savory buffet is served daily, in the former mill with fireplace, or by the pool. Cakes and jams are homemade, by the pastry chef. Bus 308 connects the village with Victoria, 1.9 mi away. From Victoria, it is a 15-minute ride on bus 301 to reach Mgarr ferry terminal.

Maria's BnB is a 350 year old building which was used as a farm. All its former owners have all immigrated to Australia and after having bought this property we have carefully renovated it making sure that all its orginal features were cared for. Its thick walls keeps the house cool during Summer months. The BnB is located inland in a quiet and tranquil area, however, is within walking distance from the unspoilt Wied il-Ghasri where one can enjoy a peaceful swim.
I have been working in the tourism industry for over 20 years. It is a business that my grandmother has founded followed by my late mother Maria. I love my work and although one has to be committed to work long hours especially during peak season, the satisfaction towards our guests is then great.
Ghasri itself is the smallest village on both islands, however, its boasts of a picturesque little bay which is called Wied Il-Ghasri. It is aproximately 30 minutes on foot from the BnB.
